At last... Some designs come easy... and some make you work for them. When the result is like this, I think I might just prefer the latter! You know we started out both thinking "chandelier pendant" and sometimes I just can't seem to let an idea go, even when it's in the way of something better. I think... but, when it comes to custom-designs, as I may have said once or twice before... I'M not the expert!

You also know I LOOOVE custom-designing - and when I have plenty of inspiration to work from... pure bliss! Sometimes, though, "plenty of inspiration" translates to trying to make one piece into too many 'things'. But none of them seemed optional, so I persevered. And, as I so often do, I'm 'over-selling' again... but I take comfort in the fact that I KNOW YOU KNOW this may just be a starting point, not an end result... so you know what to do if you want to see any changes or other ideas.

So, for your consideration - and viewing pleasure ;-) ... This oh-SO-one-of-a-kind pendant with gemstones, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver Bali beads starts at the top with Obsidian: the stone of the soft and gentle-hearted & positive change - surrounded by sparkling Swarovski, then on to Smokey Quartz: the stone of balance, harmony and lifting sadness... and dreams... Finished off with 3 beautiful birthstones, each unique in size, shape and colour... and adorned with Bali sterling silver and Swarovski crystal.

PHEW! As long as this took to make... I may have just spent LONGER describing it! Quel surpris! Oh, and regarding the chain, the last "2 am" photo shows it on a rather expensive "Argentium" silver chain (only have 2 of each style in that), just because it was sitting there with a clasp already on it, offering to hold this pendant on the stand for some photos. I have a couple of chain choices in regular sterling. I have "rolo" chain, a somewhat more expensive chain style that is a little thicker than most with high polish. I also have snake chains (just arrived) shown in most of the photos (they were my first pick, likely the strongest chain style, and also happen to be less expensive). The price here is based on a basic sterling silver chain style... but you know once we combine multiple items... and take your patience into account... it'll come out to well under that for each (Just don't tell "Bob"... ;-)

All apologies for these photos... taken at about 1am, holding the camera (wobbly-ly) in one hand and a table lamp in the other... Will get better ones in the daylight... but you know me and patience! heheee
